Our accommodation consists of 3 historic self-catering cottages built in the 1920s. All three of the cottages are still on their original foundations.

It has panoramic views of the surrounding farming fields and provides peaceful, rural accommodation for the whole family.
Pet friendly – but this has to be organized with the manager.
Rules for pets: No pets on any furniture or beds. No dogs to be outside the cottage fence as we have farm animals walking around. If outside fenced area, must be on a leash. Bring own dog bed. Must be well behaved pets. Please bring own bags to clean up after dogs. The grass area must be clean after dogs were there.
Cancellations:
Strict: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

We provide soaps and toiletries in each bathroom as well as towels and bed-linen for each guest.
PLEASE NOTE:
We have 1 Antilop highchair and 1 baby cot, which will be available by request and depending on availability.

On arrival, the guests get freshly baked bread, rusks, butter, jam, milk, coffee, tea, and sugar.
Firewood is available for purchase at the farm, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
Facilities
The cottages are wheelchair/disabled friendly, family-friendly and we offer off-street and secure parking on the farm.
Swimming facilities are also available in the Summer season
Nikki was an amazing host! From the freshly baked bread, the homemade jam, or the special touches for our 10 week old son. We were told to relax, not to worry about a thing and enjoy the farm life. That we did! It was quiet, except for the lovely sounds coming from the geese, the sheep…and we were spoiled to see very young lambs on the farm on our way out. There is a hiking trip on the farm which leads you to nice scenic heights (well elevated). Moorreesburg is close if you want a quick outing, and Darling is around the corner (which we did on our way back to Stellenbosch). If you have kids, they will love this place…animals everywhere… if you are adults… nothing beats the fire reaching up into a well lit night sky. For winter, if it gets cold…there is a fireplace in the kitchen… Take the weekend… break away from the busy city life and enjoy seclusion. We will be back for winter… take our friends…have red wine, and potjies. Recommended!!!
